Project Specifications

• Expanded the 90,000 sq. ft. store into 105,000 sq. ft.
• Performed a complete remodel while the store was fully functional, serving hundreds of customers each day
• Both interior and exterior demolition, rough carpentry, metal studs and drywall, hollow metal frames, doors and hardware
• Installation of all coolers, freezers, and refrigeration.
• Décor install and much more.
• EH was the prime contractor for the project, and was responsible for all project management, scheduling, supervision and quality control.
